room. The full kitchen contains all appliances and utensils you will need for in
house dining. Also a full size washer and dryer are included.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third contains a daybed with trundle which is perfect for the kids. The living room has a fold-out queen size sofa bed.
There is a fenced backyard with a covered patio, gas grill and chimenea. The community pool is located approximately 50 feet away for easy access and private beach access is approximately 1/2 block away. You can walk to the beach or drive as well. There is parking available at the access.
